Todd Carroll has been with Boeing ~32 years with ~23 of those years in Management. In his current role at Boeing Auburn’s Integrated AeroStructures Manufacturing Business Unit (MBU), he is the Equipment Services Senior Manager, MBU Senior Safety Leader, and an active member of the Auburn Site Health Safety Institute (HSI) joint Union/Company Safety Team. He has been a strong, long time safety advocate during a critical shift of the Auburn site safety culture which has resulted in dramatic reductions of workplace recordable and lost work day injury cases/rates.
