Amanda Dylina Morse works in the RHINO program at the Washington State Department of Health, where she provides training on using syndromic data and the ESSENCE platform, facilities their local Community of Practice for data users and enthusiasts, and conducts surveillance. She is particularly interested in leveraging syndromic data to improve health equity and likes cats.
