I lead with the motto “Be The Resource. “ With 23 years of industrial sales experience including 10 years in the Northwest as a Fall Protection Specialist with both Capital Safety and 3M representing the DBI-Sala brands of Fall Protection; I now lead Fall Protection Training and Development within the 3M Personal Safety Division.  I am dedicated to ensuring we are bringing value and expertise to the safety industry with a joint goal to reduce worker injury and related costs.  You, my partners in safety have allowed me to work in a wide variety of environments including; Commercial Construction, Utility, Manufacturing, Residential Construction, Solar, Wind Energy, Medial, Transportation, Food Processing, Fabrication, Beer/Wine/Spirits, Maritime, and more.
