Robert Rees

Lead UAS FAA Safety Team representative , Small Unmanned Aerial Systems

Mr. Rees is a retired US Army UH-60 Blackhawk and UH-72 Lakota pilot with 3 combat tours including Desert Storm and 2 rotations to Operation Iraqi Freedom spanning 21 years of service. He owns Rees Aerials, LLC in Spokane, Washington where he lives with his wife, Lisa, of 10 years. He is the Lead UAS FAA Safety Team representative in the area of Small Unmanned Aerial Systems operations where he participates as a volunteer to provide education and outreach programs within the community promoting safe and responsible operation within the National Airspace.
