Mark (Marcus) Mann is the Principal for Sound Predictions LLC, a Washington State Training and Development Group, dedicated to safety training, leadership development, and stress mitigation. He served the US Army and local Public Safety Professionals for over 22 years in many roles to include leading the Hostage Negotiations Team. He is a survivor of life changing events, leading to his present role in safety leadership and mitigating distress. He and his previous teams were recipients of the Arts & Entertainment (A&E Channel) Educational Safety & Excellence Award. His newest text, anticipated release November 2017, is entitled Predictable: Intentional & Accidental Casualties & Loss, Prentice-Pearson.
