Dr. Nanette L. Yragui, Occupational Health Research Psychologist at the SHARP Program in the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries, conducts research on physical and psychological aggression, leader support and positive interpersonal relationships in the workplace. She employs organizational research methods and a participatory action research approach to develop interventions. She has completed a NIOSH-funded project in hospitals to produce an intervention targeting supervisor support for team prevention of patient aggression, coworker incivility and work-nonwork conflict.
