Elizabeth Rosenman

Dr. Rosenman is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Washington, where she is the Director of Simulation. She uses simulation to train teamwork and communication skills to students and licensed provider, including a curriculum for training conflict management and de-escalation skills to Emergency Medicine residents. Her research efforts focus on teamwork and team performance in Emergency Medicine teams. She is a co-investigator on grants funded by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality and the Department of Defense.
