Curt Nead

Director of Safety , Inland Northwest AGC

Curt Nead is a homegrown native to the Spokane – Coeur d’Alene area where he has been fortunate enough to work and play for his whole career. That career has included the exceptional opportunity to work as both the Human Resource Manager and the Safety Director at three different companies over the past 20 years. That combination has given Curt his passionate commitment to connect Safety, People and Productivity to the everyday activities of work and life. Curt’s career has included time at a local aluminum plant, a steel building manufacturer and a construction drilling company. Curt has also worked with Washington State’s L&I Retro Rating Refund program in his role as the Director of Safety for two different employer associations including his current role at Inland Northwest Associated General Contractors. He has learned the importance of keeping an open mind and to utilize everyone in the safety process through continuous networking and making connections in the working community.
