Masood has over 30 years safety program development and management experience. He is one of the pioneer instructors of Human Factors for airline pilots known as “Crew Resource Management”, and Maintenance Resource Management for line mechanics. Masood has shifted his focus to Cognitive aspects of Human Factors in Manufacturing and repair services. Masood is an ex-fighter pilot, instructor and accident investigator. He has over 19 years safety training and safety program management experience in an FAA compliant national air carrier. He has participated in complex investigations of aircraft accidents focusing on Human Factors, training, and operating procedures. At Boeing, Masood is a Subject Matter Expert of Human Factors, and Safety Management System for Everett site.
