Tom has a Bachelors degree from Western Washington University and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Hygiene from the University of Washington. He has 19 years of experience as a safety professional and is currently the Boeing Designated Expert for Automation and Robotic Safety. His current position is Automation Subject Matter Expert for Everett Environment, Health and Safety 777 team. Tom is involved in numerous automation projects in Everett. Tom has also worked as a safety professional at Alcoa Intalco, a safety manager at Heath Techna and safety engineer at Honeywell International. He is a Certified Safety Professional and a Certified Machine Safety Expert.
