Erich Smith is the LnI DOSH division’s technical expert, responsible for the department’s technical interpretation and application of the Washington Administrative Code related to the construction industry on a statewide basis. Previously, Erich was a safety compliance officer and safety compliance supervisor for the Division of Occupational Safety & Health in Region 2, Seattle.
