Joining Lucas Engineering and Management Services in 2016, after spending two decades leading a training and performance improvement consultancy, Estey’s primary responsibilities include working with a wide variety of operations in the elimination of undesirable events through the identification and management of error likely situations. Joe has been elected to serve three consecutive terms on the Board of Directors for the Human Performance Root Cause and Trending Organization (HPRCT.org.). He is the recipient of three National Leadership Awards from the White House Executive Leadership council for his work in public outreach and education, and frequently speaks to public agencies, corporations and small business managers and front-line workers across the United States.
