Matthew Hardy

Program Coordinator with Joint Programs, The Boeing Company

Matthew Hardy has been with the Boeing Company for over 30 years and is currently supporting the Renton site as a Program Coordinator with Joint Programs. In his current role, Matt works with thousands of employees around the Renton site and Puget Sound. As a PC Matt oversees all safety related issues that represented employees may encounter as well as teaching a variety of safety classes and lean principles. Previously to JP, he spend 18 year with the Renton site Moonshine team acting as their safety focal. Matt is a 4th degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and was the 2004/2005 state and national champion.
