David Hill is President and Principal Engineer for DH Environmental, Inc. He has over twenty years of experience in hazardous materials management, compliance and environmental project management. This experience includes managing hazardous wastes for generators, compliance auditing, NPDES compliance, and development of compliance programs under the SPCC Rule. He is an active environmental trainer, auditor and speaker. Mr. Hill holds B.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering and Physical Geography along with numerous certifications and specialized training credentials.
