Manager Trauma Services and Forensic Nurse Examiner Team, EvergreenHealth

Barb has been a practicing Registered Nurse in a variety of settings for 39 years. She has held a number of leadership positions and has become recognized for her skill and passion for teaching. Recently Barb was honored as the recipient of the Trauma Centers Association of America Distinguished Leadership Award. In late 2017, EvergreenHealth Trauma Services adopted Stop the Bleed as its Community Outreach Program. Since that time, Barb and her team of experienced Emergency Department Nurses has taught classes throughout the Pacific Northwest, reaching over 2500 students.
