Rod Julian has served the last 5 years as the Statewide Telecom Safety and Health Compliance Officer with Washington State Dept. of Labor and Industries. He has conducted inspections and investigations relating to Telecommunications and has been directly involved in the development of the Tower Safety Programs for Washington State. These programs are now being used nationally as a foundation for developing and improving the Tower Industry Safety Culture.
