Speaker: In Pursuit of Invisible Hazards; Human Factors in Manufacturing Masood Karim is an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Administrator for at Everett Modification Center - Business Unit of Boeing Commercial Airplane Group. Masood has over 35 years of safety management and training experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aero Sciences, and a Master in Management from Ohio University. Masood is an accident investigator, a pilot, writer, airline safety and operations trainer, and a safety and quality auditor. Masood has a passion for Human Factors and establishing safety cultures through Safety Risk Management. He is one of the pioneer trainers of human factors for airline crewmembers and maintenance technicians. His presentation is on “Human Factors in Manufacturing” focusing on Cognitive Elements, he labels it “In Pursuit of Invisible Hazards”.
