Safety & Health Specialist, Olympic ESD 114

Colleen Kragen is the Safety & Health Specialist at the Educational Service District (ESD) 114 located in Bremerton, WA. She supports the safety and health programs for 15 school districts in Kitsap, Clallam, Jefferson, and North Mason Counties. Colleen is currently working on a Doctorate of Emergency Management from Capella University. In 2016 Colleen earned a Master’s of Science degree in Emergency Management from the University of New Haven, CT. She is a US Navy veteran and received an honorable discharge as an Electronics Technician Petty Officer 2nd Class in 2013.
