Jerry Noviello
Program Manager, Washington Traffic Safety Commission
As a Program Manager with the WTSC, Jerry’s main responsibilities include managing the Target Zero Manager (TZM) network and the state’s High Visibility Enforcement program. He influences the WTSC’s goal of reaching Target Zero by supporting these local traffic safety coordinators in their efforts to develop and grow locally initiated projects throughout Washington. The favorite part of his job is meeting with TZMs and discussing the many projects happening throughout the state. Before coming to the WTSC, Jerry spent five years in northern California coordinating a multi-site education program that served over 1,400 elementary-middle school youth in low income schools. He moved to Washington in 2012 to be closer to family, and spent 2.5 years as the Target Zero Manager in Thurston County based out of the county Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Jerry lives in Olympia with his wife, 2-year-old daughter and dogs and enjoys biking and gardening. Fun fact: He is a Kurt Russell fan and has a framed poster of Big Trouble in Little China!
