Audrey Rosenfeld, President of Fully Effective Employees, Inc., an Employee Assistance Program located in Bellevue, WA that has been serving the Puget Sound region for over 40 years. Audrey has BA and Masters’ degrees in Social Work. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Employee Assistance Counselor. Audrey and her staff at Fully Effective Employees provide comprehensive EAP services for employers of all sizes and in all industries including construction companies. Audrey and her staff have had extensive expertise in dealing with substance abuse issues, employer drug testing and safety programs as well as union clean card drug programs. Her company works with employers to find resolutions to employee performance issues. Fully Effective Employees also helps employees and their families with confidential assistance for both personal and work- related problems that do not include substance abuse. In addition, Audrey and her staff also coach managers and supervisors on how to deal with work performance problems and conflicts at work. Fully Effective Employees also provides on-site trainings on various topics including sexual harassment, stress management, drug and alcohol awareness and workplace violence.
