Nick Romero is the Owner and Lead Trainer of Thrive Industries LLC. He has over 10 years experience in Safety Training and Supervising in multiple industries ranging from Agriculture, Aviation and Various Mechanical fields. He is also responsible for developing the curriculum and helping start the Agricultural Equipment Mechanic Program at Perry Technical institute. His company has trained and qualified multiple Tribal Agencies and their members as well as various agricultural employers around Washington State in Forklift Operator Courses, Trenching, Excavation, confined space safety and rescue, as well as many other safety topics.
