Following clinical work as an occupational therapist, I moved into the industrial insurance field at L&I to perform ergonomics assessments for individual injured workers. Later, I transferred to the Division of Safety and Health, where I had the opportunity to broaden my focus to corporations. As a DOSH consultation ergonomist I now assist employers in the prevention of overuse injuries via onsite and remote consultations and trainings.
