Laura Pierce

Laura Pierce is the Executive Director of Washington Nonprofits, the state association for all nonprofits.  Prior to joining Washington Nonprofits in 2016, Laura was a nonprofit management consultant for 18 years, assisting hundreds of organizations with strategic planning, board development, leadership transitions and capacity building.  Laura has worked in higher education, education reform and civil rights organizations.  She holds an M.P.A. from the University of Washington with a concentration in nonprofit management.
