Workplace Learning and Performance Improvement Specialist, Vector Solutions/Convergence Training

Jeff Dalto has worked in fields related to learning & development, safety, safety training, and performance improvement for 25+ years. He was nominated Safety Professional of the Year by the ASSP's Training & Communications Practice Specialty in 2020; helped create the ANSI/ASSP Z490.2 standard for online EHS training and is currently helped revise the Z490.1 standard for all EHS training; frequently speaks at conferences on topics related to safety, learning, safety training, and performance improvement, including many times at GISHAB; and is currently completing a Masters degree at Boise State University in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning.
