Professional Experience: Currently the Standards Program Manager for DOSH, overseeing rulemaking projects with statewide impact. These rule projects related to both safety and industrial hygiene, covering all industries. Previously served nearly 25 years as a military engineer.  Education: Master of Business Administration; Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt; Certified Diversity Executive; Certificate in Project Management; Certificate in Program Management. Community Service: Executive Director for the McCleary Civic Renewal Council representing revitalization efforts by working with the City of McCleary and surrounding area while improving and adding community events and infrastructure; Senior Vice Commander for Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5564 McCleary; Councilmember for the City of McCleary; former chair for the City of Olympia Urban Forestry Board.
