Marc is an ambitious individual who enjoys interjecting himself into issues to bring those issues to light and to assist in finding solutions. He values being able to train the next generation into a trade that he is passionate about. He finds opportunities for collaboration and provides input to improve business processes that impact him and this involvement also benefits the Company. Marc spends considerable time in California diving for lobsters and enjoys quality time with his family. He also enjoys playing golf and is not shy about sharing his secret to great shots with others.
