Jennifer is new to LNI but has previous experience working for the State of WA with the Employment Security Department and assisting with those on unemployment. Her most recent experience was 11 years with Liberty Mutual as an employment specialist assisting employers and workers with return to work strategies and program development. Other previous work experience includes HR roles within the semi-conductor and manufacturing industry as well as 10+ years living and working abroad in Japan. She has a passion for helping both employers and injured workers with Return to Work. She has a BA degree from Central Washington University and completed her MBA-HR program while working in Japan as an English teacher in public schools.
