Program Manager - Industrial Athlete, The Boeing Company

Robyn is a Boeing Industrial Athlete Program Manager responsible for implementation of the New Hire Conditioning Program and overall Quality at Everett, WA - location of Boeing’s largest manufacturing facility. She has been part of Boeing since 1995 holding a variety of health education and injury prevention positions in Industrial Athlete and the comprehensive Boeing Well Being Program. Health promotion and prevention have always been core to Robyn’s quest in helping Boeing employees live healthier, happier, more productive lives. The New Hire Conditioning Program brings education, exercise and intervention up stream in an employee’s career at Boeing and sets the stage to prevent musculoskeletal injuries before they occur. Robyn comes from an active lifestyle and knows the health benefits of living pain free. She holds a BS in both Exercise Science and Sports Medicine and an MS in Project Management. In her free time she is a certified Ski Instructor and loves the mountains, hiking, biking, swimming and being outside.
