Dan has worked at Washington’s Department of Licensing since 2016; first as Senior Research Analyst focused on Young Driver, Motorcyclist, and other traffic safety initiatives and currently as the Administrator for the department’s Licensing, Endorsements, and Traffic Safety Program. Prior to working at DOL he retired from the US Army after nearly 23 years of service as an Intelligence Analyst and Instructor. While working at DOL, he has found a passion for traffic safety and realizes that our shared goals should not be just to have zero traffic fatalities, but to change the way the people of Washington think about being safe while on the road.
