employees of BP’s Fuels, North America business refine, store,
move, deliver and market a wide range of distinctive and high
quality energy products that drive economic growth. BP supports
more than 125,000 American jobs overall, including more than 9,000
in Washington state; 800 of which are at the Cherry Point Refinery
in Blaine, WA. In 2017 alone, our operations contributed $85
billion to the U.S. economy, including $385m in vendor spend in
Washington state. As the world demands more energy, it also demands
that it be produced and delivered in new ways, with fewer
